Heres these guys again, Needed for the neck carve!
I draw some rough guidelines for where I will carve off wood to keep it symmetrical end to end,
I dont have too many pix of this stage. Its hard to carve and take photo’s. the basic idea is that I carve “facets”. Once I have the first two major facets I then cut facets across each of the newly crreated ridges until the neck is nearly round, then I finish it with rasps and sand paper.

Next routing I do is for the recessed Floyd Rose tremolo. This is the top routing where the bridge itself sits
This is the routing from the back wiere the trem block comes through the body and the long rectangular route is for the tremolo springs. You’ll see this later with the tremolo installed and it will make more sense at that point
This shows the bushings I install into the body for the bridge posts to screw into
Here I have the posts in place and the bridge sitting where it will go when the guitar is complete.
